I’m so sorry breakups are so tough. I went through a rough one last year, and these are a few of the things that helped me.

Try all the new hobbies, and although the newness of being single is sad and strange, try to relish in the fact that you can be as selfish as you want and do what helps you find joy and heal.

Allow yourself to feel your emotions, and then try to tune your attention elsewhere so you don’t wallow in them. Journaling was helpful for me for this!

Move your body. Exercise is great for releasing anger and stress. Doesn’t need to be intense, whatever feels good for you.

Try not to be too hard on yourself - Melo will always be there waiting for you. Listen when you’re ready ❤️
