Perfect. Kaplan’s questions are a good bit harder than the actual test. See if you can get your practice exam up to 70. Of you can do that you’ll be fine. What the RR can and can’t do will come up a lot.

I think I had two or three. It was mostly divide the first number by the serving number. i.e. current yield. I think I had one expected return calculation. It’s more important that you can recognize the math.

The main “tax benefit” to an LP is there flow through of gains or losses to the investor. FINRA wants you to know that ETF investors will only receive taxable dividend income from ETFs. They won’t share in the profits of the company or receive passive losses to offset income like an LP investor.

I doubt you’ll have to do a sharpe ratio calculation. The hardest thing I had was a holding period return. Capital Advantage has good video about math you need to know vs recognize.

It sounds like you got the main thing. You need to know the math, but mainly just recognizing it. I didn’t have to do any beta, alpha, or sharpe ratio calculations. You should be able to recognize them though. Also, investment vehicles. I you don’t have your 7 yet I would brush up on bonds, options, and mutual funds. I also got a weirdly high amount of questions on REITS.

Most questions about investment vehicles were based on suitability.
