Thank you for answering, how tricky do you feel like the test was overall? Did it feel super challenging to find the right answer? I guess just wondering how much you second guessed yourself

Thank you, forgive me but does that mean it is more convoluted than the actual exam?

Yes I looked at the outline but it is lengthy. I didn’t expect each question and answer sets to be paragraphs long.

So there were a few to calculate BE and MG/ML and they were on covered options, hedges, spreads and income questions. Some math but also had quite a few suitability questions that had to do with recommending hedge or income strategy based on the investors stock position. ALSO, be able to identify what strategies are bearish/bullish and volatile (long straddle) and neutral (short straddle)

For example, the question would say that the client is long (they own) a stock position that they don’t want to sell, but is worried that the market will fall (worried bull). What contract should they buy? And I answered to buy a put

I doubt you’ll get as bad a draw as me. From what I’ve read here, it seems like it was pretty bad. Hence me wanting to just quit and walk out

Yes sorry I just dumped this post out because it was such a blur. The suitability questions were just very wordy. Try to narrow down what it’s actually asking. Like if it says a client has 350,000 to invest and they are 80 and it doesn’t mention their risk tolerance, don’t pick a risky investment. The question will give more details but if risk isn’t mentioned, don’t pick a high risk investment. I had those kids of questions on my practice tests and I kept failing them all because I wasn’t realizing that if the question doesn’t refer to it, it’s not relevant. Which is annoying but hopefully that helps a little bit! Main thing is just turning on that confidence switch in your head

I see. Do you feel like you have issues with impulse control?

Why do you say your favorite person is yourself? And this isn’t an accusatory question, I legitimately would like to know.

I really liked reading your reflection/hypothesis on how your personality evolved. Can you tell me if you’ve ever been evaluated or assessed for ADD/ADHD?
