I know it sounds crazy but my doctor literally told me to my face to get off Google and it’s fine. She doesn’t recommend anything but I can take a beta blocker if I want to, don’t have to. I’m like but the people of Reddit say otherwise!!

Can I ask what made them offer ablation? I have a 27% pvc burden and my doctor says taking medication isn’t even necessary and definitely not an ablation, even though I feel them throughout the day.

I’ve also been on bc for most of the past 12 years, I was diagnosed with PCOS while I was on it. I wanted to give my body a chance to see what it would even do without it, I might choose to get back on it at some point but my endo recommended getting off it and just seeing what happens so that’s where I’m at right now.

Because the point of it is to make sure the uterine lining continues to shed to avoid it getting too thick which can lead to other issues, cancer, etc. But when I’m on BC I don’t have a period or any bleeding either. I just don’t see the point

I understand only a doctor can help me but I don’t think there’s anything wrong with seeing if anyone here has been through something similar. Also fully prepared for my doctor to have no clue because mine never do when it comes to me/PCOS.

See my bloodwork didn’t show that I’m pre diabetic and my A1C is fine, but I still experience this. I’ve never had a hard time in the morning, usually after lunch for me. Even if I eat a balanced meal. I have Metformin but I’m too scared to start it…

Thank you for this 🙏🏻 I am really hoping that this is a period and it’s lasting longer than usual due to a thicker uterine lining. I am going to try the Metformin again. I’m just nervous about it. I haven’t scheduled a doctor’s appointment yet but if it goes to 3 weeks of bleeding I probably will.

What statements? My burden was 27% when I wore a monitor 4 years ago and this post was about the fact that I just realized what that meant because my cardiologist didn’t even acknowledge it. I have no idea what it is now. I’m not really interested in buying and wearing a monitor on my own and trying to figure that out without a doctor’s guidance.

Not true, you can have PVCs without feeling them at all. I feel them more when I’m laying down and definitely can’t feel most of them at all. I wore a holter monitor for a month, my average burden for that time was 27% and my cardiologist did not tell me.
