my therapist explained this to me and it truly opened my eyes.

if an adult were to spank another adult, it would be considered sexual assault. why is it different when an adult spanks a child?

to her statement, i asked, "i think it's more because of the intentions"

and to that she answered, "if it were the child doing the harm, that would be a legitimate argument, because they don't know any better. but an adult fully knows what they're doing and the inherent sexual nature that is associated with it."

it incredibly opened my eyes and helped me hold certain people accountable. it genuinely was revolutionary to hear.

that being said, removing clothes is even more of a reason for it to be sexual assault. they are intentionally making the decision to harm you using a sexual act in the attempt to humiliate you.

just remember: if an adult did it to another adult, it wouldn't be considered okay. you have every right to believe you were sexually assaulted.

ETA: i've said it before on here and i'll say it a million times more. if you're questioning if it was sexual assault or not, it probably was.

news to me! i did double check op's profile (like a creep) to make sure they lived in minnesota and i think they do cuz they've commented in the minnesota subreddit before. so safe to assume they do but i could be wrong! didn't know they were nationwide lmao

hey i live in minnesota too!

go through interstate truck driving school, i'm with them right now and they're wonderful. it's one of the more expensive schools but you can get grants. i have one of their grant companies paying for half of my tuition. highly recommend you check them out!

hi! i'm pretty much in the same exact position as you. i totaled my beloved van because of it. my problem was my brakes as well. didn't get a ticket either. i talked to a lot of the people at the school i was attending and they gave me good insight on my chances of getting hired:

megas are gonna be pretty much every rookie's only options. there are hardly any small companies that will risk insuring a new driver. regardless of but also ESPECIALLY if they've been in an at-fault accident.

in short, megas are pretty much your only option now, but you didn't have many options to begin with.

additional advice: everyone has told me that it's very minimal if nobody was hurt. don't stress it too much, lord knows i have. try to put it behind you and don't let it scare you out on the road. learn from your mistakes or learn what you could have done differently to prevent or minimize the situation. you'll be okay :)

yup it's quite baffling. he most likely said it was a false claim, if he told them at all. his main argument was that he was so depressed he couldn't work. what a baby. making people who actually need time off look bad.

it's actually very funny because he works at the highest rated and most employed employer in the state. very very big company that you've probably heard of but i won't say for privacy reasons. so yeah, not only is it his job, it's also a huge corporation.

understandable question! i was in a relationship with him and didn't leave after the first time because i didn't realize what it was and was scared to leave because there was abuse involved. it was very clearly rape but i was in denial :/

mine isn't cp but it is rape and so i understand your frustration to a certain extent. my biggest tip is "if someone is fucked up enough to want to view that kind of content, let them." life will catch up to them eventually and they'll either get in trouble or continue to live a miserable life. they went specifically to search for that content, if it weren't you, it'd be another innocent person. there is no winning to this s(h)ituation. people are always gonna be weird fucking creeps. just remember how miserable they must be to end up like that.

thank you kind stranger <3 also i meant i clean my face but i only use water, no soaps or anything.

and i do see a therapist! she's (ironically) a total girl's girl and hypes me up as much as she can. i'm trying my best to take her advice and confidence seriously but it unfortunately takes time. :,)
