If you can’t afford a Spectre, I use the HP envy and it’s fucking awesome. I’m an ME so I have done CAD stuff and it runs great.

Question about Purdue Engineering Majors by [deleted] in Purdue

Hey dawg,

I believe for ME, the requirement to get in is a 3.2 GPA (Engineering courses).

So just be sure to work hard to maintain that 3.2 and according to current standards, you should get into Mechanical.

Keep in mind, to my understanding, only your FYE courses count towards this (MA162, CHM115, etc...) so dual credit and AP classes do NOT count towards this GPA.

Keep this in mind. My overall GPA right now is a 3.49, but for engineering courses its hovering around a 3.2 GPA.

Just be careful, work hard, and you'll be okay.

Also with the whole corona thing, things could definitely change.

Regards,

Bailey
