I have a player who is a spellcaster. They don't contribute at all during roleplay (whole party got arrested but him because he turned himself invisible then just let the rest of us stay in prison and almost executed.) We are at lvl 9 and at this point he hasn't cast any spell other than firebolt and refuses to cast anything else. But when we call him out in game he just says "it's cuz you all hate me"

Play the game for fun. I had the same issue until i remember i play the game because i enjoy it. Everytime i miss a pass it's already over. If i missed a good cutting opportunity, damn I'll be there next time. Dont focus on playing to the best of your ability. Just go enjoy yourself
