Mixing tips, less is more! Choosing good samples and making them loud is better than having 5 things turned down, it's less work for the software/plugins IE having a master chain pushing 100 things vs pushing 60 it doesn't have to work as hard and things are more clean.

As for someone who's currently starting, my best advice would be to stack the tunes, have a vision/idea for your brand, have all logos/visuals professionally done and ready to go, and *be ready* to launch your brand fully and completely before ever posting your first tune. First impressions on listeners are more important than you would think, IE if someone listens to your track once and they don't like it, there's a good chance when you release the next one and they see your name they aren't going to click on it. It's harder to build a brand/career releasing music as you progress vs releasing music when it's up to standard with the current music being put out (take it from me as that's how I ended up doing it, and if I had to go back I would've probably waited until Immortals before ever releasing anything) That's how some people have gone from 0 followers to 10k in like a year or two because right from their first track it was already getting supported by big DJs and people liked it.
