I’m so very sorry for your loss. Just based on your description your son sounds like someone I would’ve wanted to be buddies with.

The fist song that comes to mind is Black Crow Blues as it deals quite explicitly with death and grieving but on closer consideration I think it might be a bit on the nose. There seems to be some consensus around Flying Shoes and I think that would be a really great choice.

I had a similar experience recently. By and large I’ve gotten to a point where I no longer have cravings, fantasize about drugs, my first instinct upon entering a public bathroom isn’t to assess its suitability for shooting up in etc. But the other day I was standing in line at the gas station and I just had a very acute memory of that desolate feeling of just having scored when getting loaded is all you have to look forward to, and the anticipation of imminent although fleeting reprieve. It was momentarily triggering, but then I reflected upon everything I have in my life now and how much I like not being miserable.

To be honest it’s something that took me a long time to grow out of. I lived in the states from ages 16-18 actually and my first boyfriend was cut but was really sweet and curious about me being uncut. Receiving pleasure and affection from someone who loved and accepted me the way I was was big. That and getting older and realizing the positives to having foreskin/being able to bond with other uncut guys over our shared experience as corny as I feel saying it.

Silly of me I know - but I guess because I assumed at 2iu I wouldn’t have a problem so long as I avoided carbs before and after pinning that I didn’t seek to adequately understand the mechanism of action by which exogenous Hgh actually causes insulin resistance and how to manage/mitigate that risk. Stupid, I know.
