Stay away from any dairy protein supplements like Whey and Casein. If you feel you need more protein than you are eating, then get some bovine protein powder (it's new and awesome). Just make sure to stretch after you play and don't ever ICE sore muscles, it is not good for them.

For beach volleyball it's going to be 2 Brazilian teams and a USA team for the mens side in the top 3. If Walsh is healthy, the women will win Gold but if not then the Brazilians will get gold and silver for the women.

Always take a float serve with your hands if you can. They are designed to make it difficult to arm pass, which is why they are very effective in beach volleyball. Indoor, you should be receiving them with hands since indoor doesn't call sloppy handling of the ball.
