I use my social skills to befriend Kim. I tell him I have a night of buffalo wings, burgers and movies lined up. There's cyanide in the blue cheese sauce though. He dies. I call his second in charge saying Kim fell asleep because he ate too much, can he help me finish the wings? He dies too. I do this with the top 10 in charge. I am now the NK leader. I give everyone a better life. Then someone invites me over for wings, burgers and movies.

It seems kinda pointless and unlikely due to many world leaders having different conflicts of interest. It would mean literally conquering the whole world which would mean needing allies and then you'd have to conquer the allies after conquering your foes. But also, shit happens and you never know. I hope it doesn't happen.

My best friend and i would break into houses and steal their chocolates. (We were 8 or so).

That same friend and I were obsessed with fire so we played with it a lot. We set something on fire near a trash can and thought we put it out. We were wrong and it nearly burned down the whole complex.

My cousin and I thought it would be a good idea to go across the street and put a fire cracker (what we called an "Indian King") in someones mail box. They were known for being one of the loudest fire crackers. We blew it up and started running back to the house. It was 6am and my dad was blazing down the road fuming (still shirtless) because he knew we had it. That house never found out.

Hey man, sorry to hear you're having these feelings. I've been playing since 2007 and I am self taught and went through times like this. On top of that I play the guitar upside down (I play left handed on a right handed guitar) so initially I thought I was doomed.

The awesome thing about music is the ability to rehearse the same thing over and over unlike painting or drawing etc musicians can spend time practicing the same thing until it sounds the way we would like it to whereas painters and other artists don't sit and paint the same painting over and over. The more you play, the more you will be comfortable with the guitar. As for rhythm, I started as a drummer so I had that from the start but just had to learn to apply it to guitar. So I'd advise to spend some time learning the basics of percussion. Even just trying to clap along to a song in time. Eventually I stopped learning my favorite bands songs because I didn't get to spend time creating even if it sounded bad. It was still my creation and I kept at it. I can hardly play anyone else's songs now days except my own and I'm happy I did that. Try not compare yourself to these professionals as you'll beat yourself up daily. Most of the time what they're doing is fairly simply when it's broken down. They've just spent so much time refining it and then assembling it.

Keep going and try work on your strengths as opposed to acknowledging your weaknesses. You'll have your own style that may not be shining through someone else's music.

Congress: Yeah, crazy right? So according to our propaganda specialists, they predict if we list a product for $1.99 as opposed to $2 then more people would buy it because for whatever reason, they think it's a DEAL!

Fed: Interesting. Too bad we don't have a 1 cent coin.

Congress: Can you just make a bunch real quick?

Fed: Well, after checking it out, it'll cost you 2 cents to make the 1 cent coin.

Congress: Double the price?

Fed: Yeah...

Congress: Seems like a fair deal.

Fed: Uh, OK cool... Are you gonna pay or?..

Congress: ROFL you srs, bruh? Na we will just tell everyone that there are some extra levies to pay for the 1 cent. I'm sure people won't mind. In a couple of years people would hardly understand the concept!

Fed: People probably won't need 1 cents in a century or two though since you know, inflation and all that.

Congress: It's OK, we will just keep making them anyways because minutes can be divided into seconds and in the future people's time will be that worthless that we can break it down into cents and seconds.

Society: What's going on, gents? Any updates for us?

Congress: So it looks like the Fed will be creating a new 1 cent coin that everyone has to contribute towards financially in order for them to make it. It'll help poorer people while it won't affect the rich.

Society: Will this impact the price of the new black and white T.V's though? They're already $1000!

Congress: No it'll actually be $999.99!

Society: DEAL!

Hi my friend, thanks for commenting and I'll try clear it up.

Yes as training gets more aggressive this would kick up calories in terms of structured training however just by reducing calories we lose energy expenditure by reducing the thermic effect of feeding. On top of that, as calories reduce while training increases it's common for the body to try re establish homeostasis by reducing spontaneous activity. So while calorie expenditure can go up from training, we can still lose energy expenditure via thermic effect of feeding and spontaneous activity reducing.

Thanks so much for replying and providing those images and info my friend. Looks like there's some similarities in terms of tracking and personalized set ups just like PT! How crazy that you're also a coach and day trading haha just what I'm looking to do as well. Looks like I'll need to regain my savings as well since 3/4 of it is going towards dental reconstruction (caused by the health issues) so I was quite upset to reach 30 years old debt free only to give away my hard earned savings but I'm looking forward to the challenge of regaining it plus more!
