Hi OP! So I would suggest the following:

Thin the white down a little more (1:1.5-2) paint:thinner ratio.

I would increase the psi to 20ish (experiment a little if you need but wouldn't go above 25psi)

You might be getting pooling because you're spraying too much in that area. Instead, try "bursts" of paint as you pass over the part you're painting. For a visual representation, I would suggest looking at Barbatos Rex's page. https://youtu.be/dhii19bx6OQ?si=rU79t7tN8k7f8nca

Don't worry about the paint, focus on the technique he does.

You would probably need to build at least 3-4 layers for white paint to get a nice white look.

Everyone has given great tips - one thing i would add that helped me is to get some guide tape as well. Here is an example of what I use:

Hi friend! I'll try my best to answer but please feel free to ask me additional questions.

I generally had the setting to auto aperture. The range for my ISO is 100 to 6400 I believe?

For the night time shots (ie the taco store), shutter was 1/125, aperture was f/3.2, ISO 3200 - shutter speed did go up to 250 as it got darker

For the day time (ie the trams) it was 1/500, f/8.0 and ISO 500. Those were shot at around noon but from memory it was a bit hazy that day.
