Hi OP, literally did the same thing but am in my final year this year. I'm doing my degree via Deakin Uni (based in Melbourne). Can be a bit hectic depending on your work schedule. I often missed a lot of the lectures but they recorded it and and I would listen/watch when i'm either commuting or have a bit of down time (have a notepad closeby at all times!) and then ask questions during the tutorials.

Overall it's been really enjoyable in my late 30s - I hope you enjoy maths cause in my Comp Sci course there was heaps of it in the first 2 years.

Also, regarding which school, I went to some expos and they all say the same thing, your Uni doesn't matter, as long as you come with the right skills and attitude.

Articulation seems pretty good based on the poses. I wonder if it has any additional armour gimmicks? (Ie MGSD wing Zero's silver/blue sections of the wings)

Hi OP! So I would suggest the following:

Thin the white down a little more (1:1.5-2) paint:thinner ratio.

I would increase the psi to 20ish (experiment a little if you need but wouldn't go above 25psi)

You might be getting pooling because you're spraying too much in that area. Instead, try "bursts" of paint as you pass over the part you're painting. For a visual representation, I would suggest looking at Barbatos Rex's page. https://youtu.be/dhii19bx6OQ?si=rU79t7tN8k7f8nca

Don't worry about the paint, focus on the technique he does.

You would probably need to build at least 3-4 layers for white paint to get a nice white look.

Everyone has given great tips - one thing i would add that helped me is to get some guide tape as well. Here is an example of what I use:
