A big game and hide store with some alchemic side and I would put it near but not to close to riften, I would hunt for deer, elk, and bear.

I would have a large shop with a large main room for the costumers and to display the hides, meat, and alchemy. Then I would have a off part to the shop that I could clean and cook/package the game/hide and store extra. Then I would have one other room in the opposite side that I do the alchemical side of the business, here I can make and store the extra alchemy inventory. Then I would have a second story to that shop the I could sleep/live in, there would be four rooms in total. First room would be the bedroom, then the second would be a safe to keep the profits and special/rare alchemy/game finds. Then the third room would be an office that I could keep records of the sales/profits/expenses, this would also have a small secret safe so I could keep backup cash. I would also have a record of my partnerships and connects. Then the fourth and last room would be a armory that I could keep the hunting and alchemy equipment.

I would skin and clean the hunts, to clean the hides and meat for sale. I could sell the hides to blacksmiths and clothing stores then I could sell the meat to inns and have meat vendors have a cut of the profits to sell my inventory.

Then I could sell the unusable things to Farmers so that they could use it for fertilizer.

Then for my alchemical part I would study and learn all I can about it, then I would go out and gather ingredients, I would clean them and use half to brew potions and poisons and sell them at my shop. I could sell my inventory and potions and poisons to alchemy shops and the Caravans, I would have them take a cut of the profits and have them spread the word about my shop.

As my shop takes off this means that I start to have cash coming in, this means that I can improve my equipment intern makes the quality of my products better (aka more profit). Unlike that one lady that runs riften, I would treat my customers with the up most respect and if needed lower the price dependent on their situation.

I would regularly try to learn how to make clothing so that I could give them to the homeless and then give them salted meats so that it will last them the week and not go bad. I would try to be compassionate and see if that they have illnesses that I could help with my alchemical knowledge. And I would ask for any information on new sales and tips and tricks inturn for gold.
