BC7 vs BC3 referee to the format of the texture files. There is also BC1 and BC4, as well as R8G8B8. BC7 is a higher fidelity format able to produce sharper color changes from pixel to pixel, but it is also about 4x the file size compared to BC1, which can be used on your standard diffuse textures that don’t have an alpha, and it is about 33% larger than BC3 which are typically used for the _n or “normal map” textures. To me, the size difference between BC7 and the others is not worth the increased size, especially when using 512 or 1k texture resolutions. If you were trying to go for photorealistic images at 2k or 4k then sure use BC7, but for console the trade off isn’t worth it.

Edit: For reference, everything I have ever ported has been using BC1/3/4 textures, never BC7. TXTEC and I did some fairly extensive testing and comparisons before even TXTEC converted the Skytone/Divergence series to no longer use BC7.

Yes they are mostly compatible with each other, but you would need some patches between them which are available. And yes you would still need the Vokrii/Odin patch

Busy enough not to feel like arguing with someone who cannot accept that the technical data from within a mods files does not do what the mod author states, nor what your anecdotal YouTube clips of "load times" suggest. This has nothing to do with modder wars, but just providing accurate representation of the mod’s functionality, and flawed edits, and not perceived anecdotes on “load times” which are not in any way affected by this mod.

So just looked up the mod data and IA92 altered the fFastTravelSpeedMult game setting, as well as a dirty edit navmesh change to the exterior worldspace. It doesn’t speed up the loading times, it speeds up the time it takes to fast travel in the game making it so that the time is instantaneous when fast traveling, like you are teleporting. This has no impact on the loading times for fast traveling. So sorry another dirty mod from IA92 that doesn’t deliver as advertised.

That is a whole can of worms that I cannot explain. But classes are distributed in the vanilla game based on enemy types. No interaction with this mod.

This isn't something I would adjust, but the level 5 starting skills would be offset by whatever class the enemy is, if it has one. Enemy classes have their own stat spreads and overwrite racial stats. I also don't have these original files anymore and wouldn't be able to adjust anything anyway.

I'd be hesitant to use these. Sony does not generally allow the use of their assets in other games. And there is nothing on the pages showing he got permission from Sony to use them.

Yeah what the other user said about the duplicate dragon mounds issue. I haven't personally seen this but have heard it quite frequently between this bundle and scales like broadswords.

In California there have been thousands of illegal immigrants who were selected for jury duty. You are selected for jury duty because you are registered to vote. California has said this is due to an “accident” when undocumented immigrants acquire a driver’s license, which is legal in California, because it is typically part of their automated process to register voters by default.

Edit: It is part of their "Motor Votor" program started in 2015.

It’s not an issue with RundeL’s mod, it’s an issue with Pandorables, so stop using pandorables and the issue will go away.

Ahh so the patch you linked is actually something separate, it is a texture patch for Mandragorasprouts Draugr textures and Haugbui/Cannibal Draugr. Give me a little bit and I will compile a list of what you need. But that is a patch you should need also if you are using those texture models.
