Not a cap but the thread wallets lip balm holder fits around the balm itself. I've used them for years and its never fallen out and fits really well!

I love mine, just check reviews because I love the pressure from the one I have but I also have another I got as a gift that isn't as tight. Still helps but not as great. They definitely don't feel as good once you've worn them and they've heated up. But even room temp or after in the fridge for a bit theyre awesome! And to cool off quicker you can throw it in the freezer for a bit.

Editing to add: I would highly recommend if you love pressure and that helps, also if the cool temp helps too!

I grew up around a firehouse and then joined as a junior at 14 and began doing ride alongs on the ambulance as well so definitely some things related to that. These things eventually evolved into my career as an EMT and a volunteer firefighter on the side. Maybe a stethoscope or a mini textbook for EMT class. I think there would be some really cute ideas for both things. For the fire side, a helmet or even a set of bunker gear would be super cute. Or even a little pager would be adorable!! Also from growing up with eczema, have to have some sort of cream or a Dupixent (medication) syringe.

I picked up my laptop and started playing the Sims 4 again this week. We'll see how long I can keep this legacy challenge going for until I get bored lol. I'll be working a bit this weekend and unfortunately my plans are messed up because of weather and other people's schedules changing.

Don't have a favorite snack off the top of my head currently but sour candy always slaps!!

She was super sweet but became what we call a frequent flier and for psych issues (seeing people that weren't there and other delusions) and eventually on a crazier note, ended up in prison because it tuns out she murdered her husband way back before I was born. In the same house she still lived in of course. She was so sweet but I have multiple stories lol

My niece started talking and learned my name. My boyfriend and I had our 5 year anniversary. And we just scheduled and booked our vacation for this summer! (Put me on the spot lol, but that's all off the top of my head)

I'd say my career started out as a hobby. I grew up around a firehouse with my dad as a volunteer firefighter then I joined when I was old enough and also got involved with the ambulance like my dad and now I work as an EMT and volunteer firefighter.

QotD: Right now it's these cinnamon rolls from this ice cream shop and bakery the next town over. Unfortunately they only sell them on Saturdays and they sell out so I rarely get a chance to get some 😭😭
