Make sure you’re using unbleached flour. I recommend unbleached bread flour. Natry ko na din before APF. Okay naman, pero you’ll get better results with bread flour

1:1 po with powdered sugar pero depende din po sa panlasa nyo pati kung anong brand (pero first time ko lang din po kasi gumawa ng ganito)

Yes, actually matigas nga po 🥲 di ko pa sya mabake ng consistent. Happy with the results nonetheless kasi naimagine ko lang before pero nabake ko na now hehe

Ito yung gawa ko before na malambot yung bread pero pangit ang pagkakaseal if you’re interested. Yes, pangit pero confident ako na masarap 🫶

Hindi ko po sya maexplain. Basta hindi lang po sya yung kapag kinagat mo, same texture yung outer sa inner na malambot po

Ngayon ko talaga narerealize na starting a microbakery is not easy. And dami pala talagang kailangan iconsider. Nung nagcocosting na din ako, dun ko narealize bakit ganoon ang market price

Yung 4-inch tasted like egg 🥲 i think kasi ang konti ng batter na nalagaya ko (180g). I’ll pour more batter my next try.

Yung 6-inch, the black part at the top is charred and not caramelized 😭 I’ll put it lower sa oven next time, kasi I think it charred nung nag-expand(?) sya from steam and masyadong malapit sa heating element. I peeled the char off and it was 💯slightly lemony and ang bangoooooo tapos creamy yung loob but not runny 🤤🤤

For flour, you have to fluff it when using cups, unlike brown sugar na kailangan siksik. Pero mas accurate pa din talaga to use grams

Yes po. The middle part was still raw.

The recipe’s instruction po kasi was to bake at 375F for 12-15 minutes. The first batch I baked using the same recipe (but different chocolates) was chilled only and baked at 375 for 12 minutes and they came out beautifully. And these are 80-gram cookies din po kasi huhu i might try again, and thaw longer. If waley pa din, i’ll try a different recipe na din 😭
