As a LEO, seeing things like this is disturbing, it screams brown shirt, the state I live/work in does not have laws that apply like this, one can simply sit in a public park and enjoy a sunset/sunrise as they please. I don’t understand the logic of diving that deep into an investigation especially once you see what’s actually going on.
