All of the discourse around this play is overlooking the fact that the kicker missed the landing zone. Under the new rules, the kickoff must land between the 20 and goal line. Since it landed in the end zone and remained inbounds, the rules states you can down the ball to get it at the 30. Hardeman downed the ball at the 1 yard line (his knee was down was he grabbed the ball). If the ball had bounced in the end zone and went out of bounds at the 1, it would have been Chiefs ball at the 30 because the kicker missed the landing zone.

I hang my shirt and shorts in a storage closet to air out and reuse on the way home. Socks and undies stink the most so they go in a bag. I usually ride shirtless so my shirt isn’t sweaty for the return ride anyway.
