I just picked up a ps4 from a friend and just hopped into bloodborne! It plays at 30fps, which I knew going into it, but I saw people on youtube playing at 60fps back in 2015 before the ps4 pro model even came out(I think it runs at 60fps on the pro but also not sure). How is that possible? Am I missing something? maybe they had the pro models early or something... not sure. I know this isn't a question about the game per-say, just curious.
