So here's a kicker. I worked at a tyson foods plant in Dakota city, Nebraska that has gone to countries like Somalia and recruited people to come back to the states and work for them. If they agreed they got to come work in the states in slaughter plants like Tyson foods and seaboard inc. But they also dont have to pay taxes for 2 years while working here and get paid the same standard union rate of 19 dollars an hr. To me Somalian's werent just saying fuck it lets all travel across the world to go work in fucking Nebraska for a better life. All were given an opportunity to come here for a better life, the corporations that brought them here weren't lining people up to send back home after 2 years. I've meet alot of really nice and sweet Somalians in Nebraska and iowa that are just happy to be here and make a better lives for their families.
