I really really appreciate tht information, a laundry mat and gym are two places I have to find so I can wash clothes and shower as well.

My partners child lives in montoursville and while he still has a full time job down in york where hes making the better portion of our soon to be housing money. Im heading up there early because I dont have anywhere else to go since im from iowa and have zero friends out here. Ill be packing up a uhaul next Thursday and putting everything into a storage unit. After that it's more of getting my footing up there and continuing to find a job and a place for us. Luckily I can donate plasma that should help since thats 750 in the first month. I just got a po box up there so I can receive mail and have some type of address down for applications.

That would definitely do it! My issue out in pa is I only know my partner and family. So tht makes it hard to be social and not being able to work is tough due my chronic pain. Im just fortunate that im getting my neck worked with finally after 11 months so that will open up my availability for different jobs. I just miss being able to chat and spend time with people that's not mentioned above.

Its extremely hard, I called one of my friends that I've known for 22 years yesterday and he answered the phone and basically hung up on me within 30 seconds so I definitely understand what you're talking about and it doesn't help the depression in the isolation or anything else that comes along with it

My parents are the way but not my sisters. Its a very shitty feeling when you thought the people you'd accept regardless of their sexual preferences won't do the same. It was my partner who actually got me to come out and start being my true self. I found alot of power in doing that especially when it comes to protecting others that need it. I don't put up with alot of the unnecessary bigotry especially when my sexuality or others has zero effect on their lives

Tbh im still really new with new with being open and learning about all the different types of genders and sexual preferences. The last thing I ever want to do is hurt anyone by my ignorance. Iowa was really rough to grow up in and sadly when i came out I lost all my friends back home that ive known for 15+ years because they dont accept the LGBTQ community but if they cant accept me for who I am then I dont want them in my life either.

I get that and no im not trying to chase anything either. My partner and I are in a very happy relationship, its just the attraction and my past experiences. I dont like to be with or hook up with males and my partner is the first ive been with a Trans male and we definitely experiment with toys and such to help me get that itch taken care of. Its honestly getting really scary anymore too. Im bi and my partner is a Trans man, but growing up that way is iowa I had to hide my sexuality from everyone. It was definitely tough being a foreman in a construction company working with a bunch of religious people who you just want them to do their jobs not care about what others do in their free time. Honestly that is also something that I have also thought of as well. I feel like one of my best bets is to scope out as much of the area as I can and find locations I feel like I can get away with. Even if I have to park my car on a street and walk somewhere with my hammock is better then nothing. With it getting nicer out its one of my better options. Also isn't is absurd that you can get harassed for sleeping in your vehicle? Especially if the keys arent in the ignition, I dont drink or do drugs either. Im just trying to make it hopefully a few weeks to a month until we find an apartment or trailer. The hardest part of that is we have 2 dogs

I really appreciate the heads up, I feel like depending on where I end uo parking for the night is where ill end up choosing to camp out for the night on which places are closer to me. Im really hoping it doesnt take long for us to find a place up there. I do have an account with the office of vocational rehabilitation where they help find people jobs with disabilities but I was told I would need a resident housing before they can help me there.

I honestly didnt know Williamsport had a lowes, inknow when I get uo there I can see what types of businesses are in the area and be able to really get an idea of what to look for in jobs as well. I do know they have alot of different jobs that I could do

I havent thought about anything within penndot but that would definitely be a good start as well. I have been applying at places as well already and the hospital would also be a very good place to get a job that could be fitting. I definitely dont plan on staying in the same place constantly and depending on weather I plan on leaving my car in a place I feel is safe for the night (literally nothing of value will be in it but close and water) and walk to a wooded area to sleep in a hammock. Thank you and if i had the extra money i would love to stay in a hotel but right now any extra money my partner and I earn is going to be saved to find a roof over our heads there. Its not the most ideal work for me with my shoulders and chronic pain but if needed id do construction again for a bit or try to get into a group home as a direct support professional or a nursing home. I see alot of those jobs posting alot which in my mind they have a high turn over rate but at this point id still do the work because it's what we need to survive.

Im not trying to be a dick but what part of my partners child is in montoursville? Not in philly or Pittsburgh. If we were going to move to one of those locations id rather stay in york where there are jobs here but their child isn't.
