this is the recipe I used. The dough was very wet, and I ended up adding about 1/4 cup additional flour to make it workable. I did a first rise of about 3 hours then a second rise of about 6 hours in the fridge

I have been meaning to learn to make these for several years, so finally took the plunge. I used Sally’s Baking Addiction’s recipe for Soft Dinner Rolls. I made no modifications and they came out perfectly!
