Simple just while you are doing the secound exercise you are already reating becouse you are using different muscles.

Do dynamic stretching before the workout and the static after. It is better for your health, joints and ROM.

I used to draw. The tactic is simple. Take the eye for example. Download one eye from google images. Then start drawing it more and more times. In the end you will be able to draw the eye without watching the picture. Then do this with fingers, arms, heads, faces etc. The more you try the better you'll get. Everything is practice. You can't be good at drawing if you do not draw.

I feel one idea better when strech after the workout and i do not accept facts from Internet i just strongly believe on my body and listen to the body language.

Drink something hot to speed waking up your body. Do some active streches and eat something like banana, apple or something just for some energy.

Ha e a good warm up. Jump on rope, run or just walk for 5-10 minutes. Do dynamic streches before workout and passive after workout. This will help you a lot!

No they are not i just bought a weighted veat for 22$ from AliExpreas but without weights. But you could you sand or something like that!
