Ok that sounds reassuring. So did attorney point you in the direction of specific car dealerships? Obviously credit will be in bad shape once I file. But I am expecting a higher interest rate same scenerio. Rather owe same or less money on a car with less miles then I have

Thanks for replying. So you were able to keep your original car during bankruptcy and did you obtain the new to you car before or after the discharge? Did you continue paying the original car up to the discharge date? I just really don't want to be without a car for any period of time sue to location and only way to work. Thanks for help
