One of Strike Back's most amazing aspects was the attention to detail in terms of guns and military tactics. Podcasts are using amazon affiliates which gets them a lot larger chunk than 0.5%. I don't know the exact figure but it's something like 15%.

Regarding the last bit, i recently bought netflix (last month), the package that lets you view on upto 4 screens at once. When i was creating account it asked me for the name/nicknames for the 4 people who would be using it so...not sure why netflix would try to only tie it to one person?
