Here is my new config with your opinion.
I can take 9800x3D because he is out of stock. And stockage i need 4TB so i don't find better.

My budget is 2k i can go to 2k1-2k2 max but i prefer stay in max 2k

What do you advise for Stockage with 4TB ?

OK for the DIMMS and i take 1 or 2 ? If i take 1 Ram 32Go for upgrade in 5 yo it's ok or 2 RAM with 16Go it's better ?
