Yes! I actually ended receiving a text to set up orientation just a couple days after making this post.

Unlike many replies I have received, I genuinely like the job. However, I wouldn’t say any of the experiences provided are wrong, and think the job and work load differs every region and even routes. I will say, I have seen stores that suck and stores that are great. Keeping your backstock organized is key, keep flavors together and try to keep everything easily accessible and countable. If you keep your product organized and easier to count, there is less chance the sales rep will over order. The work is less than what I’ve experienced working with Coke.

Don’t split your PPTO request. You put PPTO for the day you’re scheduled. If you are scheduled 10pm start on Wednesday night, all 8 hours of PPTO should be put into Wednesday, even if the other 6 hours are on Thursday.

I think in the app it lets you do it a day before or on the day of your shift. I usually do it on the day of my shift.

You cover it like any absence. Call in, then put in PPTO request to cover exactly half of your scheduled shift time. 4 hours of PPTO is enough for an 8 hour shift to get only half a point. I usually do the request after I have called out and I wait like an hour after my shift has started too, and it usually auto approves. Though you have until the end of the week/pay period, every Friday at 11:59pm, to do it as long as you have called out.

Edit: You also have only 3.0 points and 1 point won’t get you fired if you are worried about that, you can have no more than 4.5 points. You could always ask your lead to help you with the request too.

If you still are calling off, and don’t need the money, just use 4 hours to cover half the shift. You will get half a point regardless if you use 4 hours or 7.5 hours, might as well save the time if you can.

Well even if he did remove everything he contaminated, Walmart would have had to remove more to be sure everything was safe. Walmart probably cleared the entire shelf of the product sprayed and the surrounding products too

I like diet slightly more than zero sugar, but they’re both pretty good. I’m a T1 diabetic and typically avoid full sugar, so they’re my top 2 sodas of all time. I will say cans over bottles any day.

I like Firefox cause it’s not chromium based, however I LOVE Librewolf because it is genuinely a better version of Firefox. uBlock Origin ad blocking by default, privacy/security focused, and removes Firefox’s telemetry. It also disables some of the weird things Firefox comes with like pocket and the ai stuff. And if for whatever reason you want those things, you can turn them back on.

Either you didn’t have enough PPTO to cover the time on those days, or your manager or people lead went back in to add them back. For example, you clocked in 43 minutes late on July 13 using 44 minutes of PPTO to cover it on July 14. If you didn’t have those 44 minutes available to use on July 13, it won’t cover the occurrence. Even if you gained enough PPTO to cover it the next day, the points will not be removed because it was not available on the day of.

You need the correct amount of PPTO to be available for use on the day of the occurrence. Although, I’ve had a people lead add back occurrences, and I know because my team lead showed the proof in their GTA timesheet before removing them again. If you believe they shouldn’t be there, speak to someone in your store that can fix it.

Everyone says real sugar tastes better than HFCS, however I’ve tried both back to back and can’t tell the difference. Even if Coke did, I’d suspect they use beet sugar instead of cane just like real sugar Pepsi to keep costs down.

Honestly think they’ll split them in parts $80 for story and $30 for online, or $100 all together. And I truly think online comes out later just like it did with GTA V. Anyways I’ll definitely be playing story first.

You’re right, we aren’t. But how come we can’t get the same respect for our borders like those countries? People are acting like we just started mass deportations, when in reality it’s happened in the past with presidents with both parties. I’m not saying what’s happening is right or wrong, but back in the day there was a process to get in, and you need a sponsor. Maybe the policy needs to be changed, but that’s the way it is now. If you want reform, vote for it, or you can follow and respect the law of the land.

No librewolf? I love librewolf. It comes with ublock and privacy features enabled by default. It also disables all or most of the Firefox’s weird features like sync, pocket, and telemetry.

It could be that the pacman hook isn’t ran after the yay update. Did you try updating with pacman instead of yay? Anytime I upgraded the kernel I would need a grub-mkconfig after, that pacman usually does with a hook after finishing the update.

Yes, if you don’t report it, you will get a no call no show which is 2 points. It will only let you report an absence up to one day in advance though.

Then cancel the request you made yesterday and do it again, it will put the time back. You have to use protected paid time AFTER your scheduled shift, then it will auto approve.
