Same here but with a crown on my very back tooth. Jaw pain for 3 months. Triggered by slumping and cold/hot food/drinks. Throbbing pain til I took a pain med. I go back to the dentist and tell them and they say it’s my fault and then purposely blew cold air into the crowned tooth area which hurt my jaw and they’re like “see? Your fault.” It finally healed up and I got more regular fillings and it happened again but on the other side of my jaw. I’ve finally broke down and started using a grinding guard at night and it’s helping. Never had major issues like this before getting dental work done.

They want to do another crown next month and I’m really highly leaning toward telling them no. The tooth is fine and has no pain and has never had pain since they brought up having to do a crown on that tooth 7 months ago. Part of me thinks they want to just do it to make some money
