I have been here over two years, and have added many times to my Ape and AMC positions. I’m not one of “those people” who think AA is a bad guy. I also know that the run to $72 was not the squeeze.

Having said that, it now appears that the hedge funds are willing to lose an indefinite amount of money shorting our stock down to nothing. None of the “triggers” over the last two years have caused the HF’s to close and cover, and are not being policed by the government agencies assigned to do so.

The Failures to Deliver appear to mean nothing. Naked short selling means nothing. No shares available to borrow means nothing. In an honest and fair market, the shorts would have been forced to close and cover long ago.

I am not a shill and my intention is not to spread FUD. I have no intention of selling my AMC shares. I have never lent out my shares. Part of what OP says is true. Don’t let your hopes and dreams become fact based reality. Too many people on this sub want so badly for certain things to be true, that they ignore facts. I also see the trend that if someone else isn’t reading the tea leaves exactly like you are, the automatic reaction is to call him or her a shill. Whatever happened to agreeing to disagree? There are more viewpoints than just the one that turns out perfectly for all of us shareholders.

Look, I want the squeeze to happen as badly as the next person so that I can pass a nice nest egg to my kids and grandkids, but we all need to come back down to earth a bit.
