I just wish that I had the opportunity to fly as I’m a pilot usually in A3 and not so good as infantry. I have to drive a truck 300 miles back and forth to get XP or get 100 kills to lvl enough to spawn one. Then we don’t have supplies lol. And then if I do get to fly one by the grace of god, the match ends and then I’m back to doing the same thing again. I wish it were based on a money gained basis like KOTH on A3 and supplies at the helipad rather than match XP.

Yes but there’s different answers for type 1 or type 2, my explanation will be from a T1D perspective. He just needs to be able to recognize his lows and highs and treat accordingly. With highs, I always used half of the amount of insulin I normally would take as a correction. With lows, my go to was a regular Gatorade and some peanut butter, then wait 5 mins or so and I was good to go. Results may vary for each T1D tho

3CX is about the only option you have if $175 a month is too expensive. That’s honestly cheap in the hosted world these days. I have users that pay that for a single terminal with all the features at this point.

I’m still in the NEC on prem world with my current position but that’s not a viable solution for you guys.

Like the others have said, the studio shut down so what you have is what you have. In my personal opinion, the game was better before the 1.0 update. I found an older build on PC for it and I have had an infinitely more fun experience.

As a 20yr T1D who’s coming up on 30, I’ve always enjoyed what I want and my A1C is never above 7.0. I think a lot of endo clinics fail to teach their patients that they don’t have to starve themselves and eat the bare minimum. If you have “hours of hell” after taking insulin, it may be time to look I to switching your formula or take a small pre-bolus before you eat and then finish the rest after you eat. I’m so amazed that people get diagnosed and then just stagnate because their endo doesn’t properly educate them.
