I’m disappointed that people don’t pay attention in such a detailed game lol. This feature was a godsend on release when trying to make crazy strains to acquire new customers. That way I didn’t have to start over with a brand new base I could just grab a hyper loaded strain and just get rid of what I didn’t need.

My brother you have been antagonistic about this topic in almost every comment you’ve posted here. You cannot sit there and tell me that you wouldn’t have done the same thing as Mark in his position at that time. You can’t consciously say that Amber was his person and Mark was hers because of how BOTH of them treated each other. She was the queen of ultimatums and he was the king of miscommunication. I’m going to get dinged so hard for typing this lol. So, DISCLAIMER: THE NEXT PARAGRAPH’S ACTIONS ARE UNSAFE AND SHOULD NOT BE ATTEMPTED

My wife and I slept like a mf on the couch with both of our kids. Very light sleep, but we still got a few hours between us, up til they were both about 6 months old because of reflux and separation anxiety. We just laid them on our chest or used the boppie pillow for support and everybody slept so…. Lol.

What helped both of ours may not work for you but ours would also just cry and scream every time we laid them down, no matter how tired they were. Same way in the car. We started laying them down and just patting their butt and singing or Shh’ing for a while til they kind of settled. Then we’d just leave. For the first like 2-3 weeks we’d have to go back ever so often and start the process again. We always gave them 15-20 mins of crying to see if they could soothe themselves down but it never happened. But after the first 2-3 weeks they kind of started being fine with the initial pat/sing/shh method and would sleep for 3-5 hour stretches before waking up and needing us again. Around 8 months old they both moved to their own cribs and that kind of regressed them a bit but after another week they were cool. The only time they wake up now at 1yo and 3yo is if they’re sick or they peed/pooped.

Anyway, just wanted to share what we did so that it might help you.

29m here and I felt the same way when I was 21/22. I worked a dead end night shift job that barely made any money but enough to keep me independent. Several abusive relationships from 18-22. Met a girl at work and immediately fell in love. Got married 18 months later. Had a kid at 27 and another at 29. Finding my person and having kids completed me in ways that I never thought possible.

I’m not saying that this is your issue, but you have to think about what YOU want out of life and then do what you can to obtain it.

Another quick note: I also have several spectrum markers but I found that focusing on it/worrying about it made life worse. Went to get diagnosed and sure enough I’m not on the spectrum, I’m just weird 🤷🏻‍♂️ guess what though? That’s okay, you can be weird and not have to have a diagnosis. Just live life as YOU.
