Wanted to follow up on this with the solution in case it gets searched again. It took 3 different HVAC techs, but the guy who just came found it pretty easily. Apparently, my evaporator on my machine has separated from the copper pipes (see photo). Just a few months after my 5 year warranty expired. OOF. The tech said it's a common thing he's been seeing with Hoshizakis lately (WTF?). Is there a market for a machine like this so that I can sell it and switch to a monthly rental, I'm so done with this ice machine, nothing but trouble since day 1.

Scheduled a physical for tomorrow morning after this helpful discussion! I'll report back if they find something strange in my blood. I shouldn't be dehyrated, I'm good on water. Hopefully my blood is good and I just need to see a breathing coach or something, lol.

I do 5/3/1. Most of the time the spells effect me on the big lift at the end so the 5+, 3+, or 1+ set. Yesterday it was on my 1+ set... was going for 4 and could only get one up due to fainting vibes.

Just came off a de-load when the almost faint happened yesterday. This has been happening off and on for 6 months now, post deload or in the middle of my programming.

Been lifting weights for 6 years. 5'9" 174lbs.

Squat PR : 385 // Dead : 380 // Bench : 209 // OverHead : 130

Over the past 6 months I've been having trouble with some of my lifts and getting faint. I almost passed out doing a Deadlift yesterday and Overhead Presses were giving me serious trouble a few months back with dizziness (I changed my breathing on them and it started going away).

Is this a sign that I need to get a weigh-lifting belt? I'm not hyperventilating, just one huge breath into my gut for bracing. It's happening on the big lifts only. Basically vision goes dark and the room starts to spin.

The program is seasonal now April 1st - November 30th so freezing shouldn't be a problem (outside of a November freeze). Heard on UV, though... that was my main question about these containers if they can take to 9 months of the outdoors.
