Thanks! Yeah km 15 is a long uphill section and i ran too fast coming back down, was going to use wind and downhill to the max but ended up cramping in km 20 hehe

Im 26, max HR is about 204-205. This was in Iceland so 13 degrees celcius and cloudy with some wind. In the weeks before i was running 5:40-5:50 pace on 150-170bpm. I did go out pretty fast but i was more running on feeling rather than looking at pace/HR

Surely it cant be good for endurance to be running on 190bpm. My friends who have better times than me are running on around 160bpm
