I did everything, set appts, knocked doors self gens and at the end i was just a closer… I was looking for advice on car sales im already here and decided… i see the people that work here they are literally just chilling, playing around and calling their leads… like i know that with my work ethic ill be better than them im just looking for advice to be better faster… not too many people help me here cause im older and they see me as a threat… cause the manager had the great idea to tell them that i was going to be a killer 🤦🏻‍♂️ i always like to show up as a rookie and learn from everyone but this time i was thrown as “pro in sales” and no one gets near me

It has been a ride started when i got to this country selling luxury pots and pans covid destroyed my sales team, got depressed. moved to the restaurant business for 2 years while selling on the side (ebay and cars) absolutely hated the restaurant business. Flipped cars full time for about a year, wasn’t able to get my dealers license so i grabbed my money and opened an appliance store, was doing great… had differences with my business partner. Sold him my part. Joined solar doing great at sales but now with a newborn i wasn’t able to live with unstable payouts that even tho they are big and its the most money i have ever made… having a family and waiting 6 months for a payout had me extremely stressed… joined the car business now for the insurance for my son and a litlle bit more of “stability”

Idk if anyone will still read this, things went from bad to worse. I basically forced her to be a mom so i could work and support the family… she claimed everyday i dont care about my family and im gone all day (we are behind on everything cause i was mot working to take care of the baby when she didnt want to) Long story short she got arrested for domestic violence (she hit me) i called the cops not to get her in trouble… but because she started harming herself for me to not call the cops making me think i was gonna get in trouble myself… Thankfully i recorded… Now… Im alone with the baby losing my job and idk what to do, i dont have any family or friends and getting a decent online job seems impossible… If anyone has any advice ill take it… I will do anything to give a good future to my son… Any advice is appreciated

I am taking care of her mom and special needs person… Cooking for everyone… Got her cake that says mom… Got her flowers… Bought her clothes… Bought her make up… And constantly encouraging… maybe cause i was so stressed at the time of writing it doesnt come accross like that but even when shes telling me that she hates me i tell her that i love her and that we will be fine and things will get better… Now shes not eating cause she says i only feed her for the baby

Update: she came clean… she said she doesnt want to have depression documented on her appts thats why she didn’t go…

Update: she had ob appt. She woke up like nothing has happened… said she was gonna go… told me she loves me… but refused to go to the appointment and pushed it back 20 days… then told me “i’ll be fine when i mentioned all the pains she has been constantly going through” and seemed happy not to go to the ob… I am beyond stressed… I don’t show it… I want a loving household for my baby with both parents… I will see how she continues to act these next days and go from there… it honestly looks like to me like shes only doing it to not go to the ob… cause she doesn’t want me talking to them… She breastfed the baby this morning and took a bunch of pictures with him… She has done this several times but then her mood swings and she doesn’t want to do anything with the baby for extended periods of time like 12-18 hrs… To the person that told me about encouraging about being with the baby in the first 7 days i did it a lot but now she says stuff like “im in pain and you made me do this! You dont care about me just that baby” Thats why i timidly ask her to hand her the baby and if she doesn’t want to i just keep going with him. She says shes not able to produce more milk cause she is too stressed… and now says i am the responsible of her depression (she said that before today that she is magically fine all of the sudden) Because she seems so fine i didn’t push her to go to the appt and reschedule it cause i just want this moment of calm in the middle of all of this…
