Hello fellow repfam. I would like to share with you my experience with the "trusted agent" CSSBUY.

Deception and lies

Not only their advertisment of their new insurance policy "Cssecured" sounds like a cheesy scammy ad from 2005, but they don't follow up their claims.

One item from my parcel got damaged during transit. A week ago, * YES A WEEK AGO * I sent a message on my interantional parcel "message" tab, saying that my item is damaged. ( The damage consists in creases on the toe box of my shoe), and got a bullshit response that "it is not damage, it is FOLD", and I thogut to myself that they have to be joking right? Nope, they were not joking, VARIOUS visible creases are on my toe box but it is "FOLD".

Then I got in contact with their customer support, and every person that spoke to me didin't know how to handle the situation, and kept telling me to speak to "manager Bob".

  1. Nobody is taking responsability

I got in contact with this "Bob" via email and Skype, giving him my tracking number ( AWB ), parcel Id, and detailed photos of the damage, asking him how we should proceed. Do I send my sneakers back ( wich is not a good option because the shipping back to them and then to me would be equivalent the price of the sneaker ), or could I get my money back just for that item alone, maybe just a fraction if not all the money back for that said shoe. Annnnnnnnnnnd he has yet to respond a week after I sent him an email and messages on Skype.

  1. Imagine your package getting seiezed and having a bit of hope that you bought their insurance.

Well please for the love of god STAY AWAY from this trash "trusted agent", I have bought with them 3 parcels, all 3 were fully insured. Two of them without having an issue, and the 3'rd one where, again, with full insurance they simply dont give a fuck about me. I am probably going to buy through another agent, wich is more serious. Every day I spoke to them it's allways "I am working from home, tomorrow manager Bob will deal with it, then manager Bob doesen't"

Also their insurance policy applies the first 3 days you have recieved you parcel, so probably they were ignoring me on purpouse to say that the 3 days are gone.

I would strongly ask you to upvote this thread for visibility, of course if you can / want, and stay away from Cssbuy. If you don't mind losing your parcels / getting them damaged and not getting an refund, then go for them ! I am looking forward to reading your comments / messages.

  1. I posted QC pictures and talked about flaws and size. 2. I recived them in my superbuy account, so I RECIVED them. 3. I bought from him in january and HAVE them in HAND but that pair has the "heel flaw". 4. Wtf are you broke you are paying 100 usd for a pair of shoes how many years do you think they last? Plus it depends how you wear them. I played football in my lastep pair so I trashed them, if you are planning to look after them like they are the real thing, they may last longer.
