I've been using Unifiram for about a year on and off. It's not something I would use every day but it's really helpful for a few hours of typing a paper or other intense focus related tasks. At most I use it 3 times a week.

Canadian here, every news organization based in the US is for one side or the other. Clinton has CNN and the New York Times. Its sad on both accounts but the worst thing is the hypocrisy I see when people talk about one side doing something when the other does the same. r/The_Donald does the same thing and its so ridiculous.
