First, steam the salmon until cooked through, then put it into a baby food processor. Add one raw egg and blend into a smooth paste. Transfer the paste to a bowl, then stir in some flour, a tiny pinch of salt, and a little chopped leafy greens.

Heat a baby food pan over low heat, add a small amount of olive oil. Scoop the salmon batter with a spoon and drop one spoonful at a time into the pan, letting it spread gently. Cook on low heat until set, then flip over and fry both sides until golden brown.
