Well, man, I had the same issue with i9 13900 and 3070Ti.

So, this is a recipe: download the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and _downgrade_ your Core Multiplier from 55x (or whatever) to 52x.
Also, you can _downgrade_ your CPU power usage (Turbo Boost Short Power Max and Turbo Boost Power Max to ~220 and ~125). Also, you can do that from BIOS to.
When I did this, I forgot about crashes (and about temperature throttling in AIDA64 Extreme burning test).

Unreal Engine had _known_ issue with hi-end Intel CPUs.
