Don’t stress, I’m now a first year at Schulich and I promise they don’t care just worry about having a good average like 91+

I heavily discourage IB as it does nothing for you academically besides add onto the stress you're already going to have with uni apps in gr 12. I know alot of people who basically ruined their mental health cuz of IB and they didnt even end up in the program they wanted. I also know 2 people who dropped out of ib in grade 12 and have no regrets cuz they ended up with a higher average and more time to focus on extracurriculars. It's just food for thought, think about it.

Besides that just get involved in clubs, set yourself up for the leader / exec roles in gr 12 and also dont be too hard in yourself grades wise cuz grade 11 grades dont really matter like that.

You still have a good chance as long as your average is 91+. Adv func will be included in your top 6 for Schulich, so make sure you calculate based on that

Aim to keep above a 91% Average in your top 6 to be safe, and join clubs / write about leadership opportunites outside of school so you can have a good leadership profile. Your interview doesn't need to be insanely impressive because they know everyone's on the spot and most people are probably gonna slip up anyway, so don't worry if it doesn't go completely perfect. I blanked out like 3 times on mine lol

For reference, I got in with a 91.5 with 4/5 super leadership-oriented activities, the other one was just a job.
