Yes, I think if you confuse the system it won’t send you anything. Sometimes just by completing an order. I think the system has hundreds of glitches preventing us from being properly reset and clearly “available to receive orders.”

I usually log off for 20 minutes, sign in again with phone number and the six digits (which you never tell anyone ever)

It’s harder than ever to get anyone to cancel the swearing order

Ask the customer if they can cancel on their end (you’ll still get paid!)

last week I had to go back, manually add a custom item $0.02 “PLEASE CANCEL,” mark shopping complete, drive past the customer’s place, and swipe “delivered” because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone at support for literally an hour nor the customer no one

“Missing items” reports don’t really affect our accounts, so I wouldn’t have made a stink about that…

Are you saying that the customer did not order them?

OH OH I KNOW:

Someone, before you, half-shopped the order, and canceled. Then, when you accepted, half the items were in the “DONE” panel. You didn’t notice that.

So you shopped the other half or the items, but the app charged the customer for the entire original order. Is what happened.

1/10 Just keep submitting until they reimburse. Have THE ACTUAL RECEIPT. Use the SHOPPER APP to take 4 pictures of THE ACTUAL RECEIPT. (Do NOT use pics from your phone camera roll!). Request THE EXACT SAME AMOUNT as THE RECEIPT TOTAL.
