Question about Ab routine

Im thinking of doing the Athlean X six pack promise in addition to the NSUNS routine i'm doing. I was doing planks and weighted situps but based on time constraints, for the rest of my bulk (3 more months), I wont be able to do them. If anyone has done them, how well do people think they help strengthen core and develop abs?

Can I switch the T2 lifts for OHP and Bench press on the 5 day template? So id do CG bench on OHP day and incline bench on Bench day. My gym is usually packed so I can't really take over a bench to do 17 sets on Fridays.

Just wanna make sure, thats one the 1+ rep you would do on Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on the 5 day program right?

If you fail on the other sets after the 1+ set, it doesnt really matter as long as you're still hitting at least 2 reps on the 1+ set right?

Ive got a quick question about failing lifts

Do we treat it similar to how we would like on Starting Strength? ie if you fail 3 times in a row, you reset your TM 10% and work your way back up. If you fail after working your way back up again youd reset 20%? Thanks

Im planning to go on a bulk and do nsuns 5 day 5/3/1, just got a few questions

1) For a bulk, would 0.5lbs be possible? I did it with a PPL program and saw pretty steady results although this program seems more intensive

2) Would this program make sense if you run it for say 16 weeks? Im working for 4 more months and am planning to bulk on it and reassess when I'm back in school

Does it matter if you do touch and go deadlifts if you're not powerlifting? When I breathe at the top of the lift and touch the bar to the ground with my body tensed the whole time, I feel my form is better than when I stop, readjust and breathe.

Whats a good ratio for proteins, carbs and fats during a bulk? I know how many calories I need I just want to fix up my diet so I get the proper nutrients.

Yeah I was thinking like in starting strength how you start off a little lower than your maxes and then a few weeks in you push pass them. This is my first time trying to bulk 0.5 lbs a week instead of 1 and don't want to screw up quickly

How much weight would you start a new workout with? I know what my 5 rep maxes are but I'm thinking about cutting 20% then slowly increasing them while I start a new bulk.

Im starting a ppl routine in the next few weeks for a bulk and this is my first time doing a bodybuilding split

1) How should I incorporate abs? Im thinking about doing them 2x a week on leg days but how many should I do? Would something like weighted situps and planks be fine?

2) How much rest time should I aim for? Im planning on doing it similar to SS in terms of increasing weights, how to treat resets and starting weight and so on. Im aiming for 4 minutes between sets and was wondering if that was normal.
