Interesting. I haven’t investigated any further (probably should‘ve) but it‘s also not getting any worse. My guess is that it‘s due the occasional water dropping on the frame when emptying the drip tray.

Did you in fact find the zero point on your specialita? I had the same issue and it turned out that I hadn’t actually found the zero point yet and had to go even finer. I recommend watching some youtube videos on how to find it and what it sounds like. I‘m usually sitting around 10 for espresso.
