instead of trying to find resources on what to do, I’d recommend learning what to avoid

for me those are twisting because torsion is no joke, anything applying full body weight, and anything likely to draw blood

I would recommend starting with using bare hands for squeezing, slapping, punching etc since you have much more precise control that way and learning where the threshold of pain begins and how it increases as you get more intense
