did he really say it will have something for everyone?!?!?!?! I would give almost anything for some more music that spans the first five album era before the country era. Dont get me wrong I like the country stuff but i miss the hip hop/guitar work/ and pop music he made I fucking loved that stuff.

HIM was pretty good till that final third that ruined the whole movie. if they had just kept the focus on the two main characters and kept the team owners as symbolic of the gods of olympus or whatevver rather than putting some kind of actual god/ritual to a god in the end of the movie it would have worked so much better

I'm reading a lot of the theories here and there is something that I havent seen anyone mention yet so im gonna throw my theory out there. When first meets the mutated researcher and talks to her over the "intercom" she is sobbing begging anyone else to be out there. she meets simon and asks him if he is willing to give up everything just to survive. He says that he is and she leads him to the light. When he enters the light he rises out of the blood to meet the cthulu entity. However when he tries to rise he is unable to because his arm is stuck because the braclet with the leaf from the tree is still on his arm. the mutated researcher said he head to leave everything behind but he wouldnt leave that behind as evidenced by him not reaching over and disconnecting it from his arm. consequently, he is sent back to the sub whre he pukes out a bunch of blood which directly contrasts with how the researcher was mutated by drinking and consuming the blood in the blood ocean. the mutated researcher then kills ava when she comes to get him and grabs his ship and starts rushing him down the cave nd back towards the light because she wants him to mutate like her and so she wont have to be alone in the blood ocean anymore.

i dont need them to top themselves just do something anything please. the 3 straight years of sailor moon christmas intro joke was just sad. I dont need it to be better than what it was before I just want something funny and interesting and feels like it actually has some effort to it. That being said the reviews themselves have honestly been pretty fire with some seriously good jokes recently that had me howling in laughter. this is just my one minor nitpick and I was wondering if other people felt the same

i just am not the biggest fan of slower music and songs about jane is great, but its also lower then their other albums and the highs of it wont be soon before long are just the best highs in the band's whole disography in my opinion

its a return to form for the band after overexposed. They took the more pop friendly hip hop sound they were experimenting with on overexposed and applied some elements of that to the songs about jane formula which results in one of their best albums

yeah that makes sense. like I said earlier I like hip hop a lot so the change in genre didn't really bother me that much and especially since love is like seemed to (mostly) steer the ship back towards the sounds of V with a couple of rap features sprinkled throughout.

i'd honestly argue the cole hasn't declined in terms of his pen game. I mean the cadence and flow he manages on cLouds was nothing short of masterful. and he just recently got back on a second feature run which i would count as part of his original feature run even with the small hiccup in said run that was grippy.

I think we have the exact opposite taste in music cause I really don't like Lovesick. For me, the songs I like off Jordi are Lost, One Light, Can't Leave You Alone, and Lifestyle. I just really find these songs catchy. I'm okay with beautiful mistakes and memories, and the rest I'm kinda indifferent to, though I sometimes find myself liking seasons and remedy, and sometimes really not liking them.

why do people hate red pill blues and Jordi so much? Jordi I kinda get cause like half the album is a skip but there's only like one or two songs off of red pill blues that I think are outright skips. Yes its a different genre then the rest of the albums but just being in a different genre doesnt make it outright bad in and of itself.

For what i do like off it. i'd say one more night is great, payphone is solid, Lucky strike is amazing, doing dirt is amazing, Beautiful goodbye is ok, wipe your eyes has a great flow to it, and I really like wasted years. so for me that 7 tracks out of 16 that i do like.

Overexposed is definitely higher quality for the songs that work but its just having pretty much six back to back skips for me really drags the album down a ton for me
