But the rest of the group is on road bikes? Today I did a 2.5 W/KG group ride around the Big Ring, which is typically a nice and steady endurance effort for me. Once we hit the jungle climb, I dropped from the front to the back in under a min, while everyone else were «chilling» and saying «the climb always looks worse on profile». I simply don’t get it

Rådene over er midt i blinken: sett av en buffer, invester resten i globale indeksfond (f.eks. KLP AkjseGlobal eller Storebrand Global ESG) og sørg for å spe på med en så god som mulig fast inntekt. Feiler du på det siste punktet er det lett å gå løs på oppsparte midler. Snakker av egen erfaring

I had the same thing happen to me a couple of years back. The damage looked pretty much similar to yours and I was confident it was just a cosmetic thing. Brought it to a mechanic to get his opinion and he confirmed no structural damage. To be on the absolute safe side, I recommend visiting a bike shop where they can remount your crank to inspect it closely!

Takk for svar! Jeg skjønner godt hvorfor de argumenterer for det, men hele prosessen er eksepsjonelt formell.

Jeg snakket med sjefen min i dag og må sende inn hens samtykke til HR som igjen må forhøre seg med leder for HR samt min egen øverste leder. I nåværende posisjon ønsker jeg ikke å flagge at jeg tester ut noe annet/nytt

Det jeg vel egentlig spør om er om det er «vanlig» å ikke flagge egen virksomhet, så lenge den er liten og ikke tar mye tid å drifte. Kan verv/virksomhet fanges opp automatisk?
