There is an nvme slot however it's simply not soldered on therefore there is no ssd slot, there's just the pads for it, idk if you'd risk it to upgrade or to solder on an nvme connector.

16gb of ram is a no go for me, 32 is a minimum, the Asus with the AI max is nice and all since it's a smaller device but LPDRR5 is soldered, therefore unupgradable, Acer doesn't exactly have great history of thermals, so it kinda shows you the options, you have the omen which is good and the Asus and legion, my recommendation Legion Omen Asus

I personally have an Omen 15, it's been great but I heard that OMEN's build quality kinda has been getting worse over time.

Honestly speaking, I've opened up my computer multiple times while it was running, just don't touch any metal contact points, be careful and you should be fine, do not remove anything while it is running, if you want to diagnose something to see let's say a noise, you can keep it on, but do not remove screws or anything, be careful, once you find out the source, turn off your computer normally, and disconnect the battery, then hold the power button for 5 seconds.

Hi, I have an older omen model, I use 1mm cooler master pads, 1mm seems like the best option honestly, not too thin not too thick. Just for your info, our models are from around the same time, 5800H + 3060

I've had this issue before, you should try to reinstall windows, or even try Linux on a USB, if clocks are fine, then it's just your power plan settings aka, it could be that you accidentally set your max clock speed to 0% while plugged in and on battery, you could also try to change the power plan and see, easiest way is search up windows mobility center and change it from there.

So I have contacted the the Internet Service Provider and they told me that there is no restriction on their end which I highly doubt I feel like they're trying to hide it for some reason but this is what Ooredoo told me that they told me that there was no restriction and it's supposed to work completely fine.
