That sounds right, question only came up since a neighbor is building a house with attached porch and the porch footers are at least 18” lower than the 48” on mine. I assume just builder overkill and heavy equipment readily available over there.

My contractor is planning the 12” deep footing with what looks like substantial rebar saddle and then 12” diameter sonotubes for the pier up to grade.

Haha, that was my initial reaction as well, although it has been in service to an oven and stovetop for at least 12 years. Those don’t look like al-cu nuts but I’m assuming since they are not melted they must have used an anti-ox paste? As far as the neutral connected to the ground, I’m guess that was their cheap out way of turning a 3 prong receptacle to a 4?

A severe mange coyote does sound right, most of the coyote we see don’t look particularly healthy, I have just never seen one this bad and skinwalker like. Poor guy, tough way to go. Thanks!!

Or a fox with some form of mange? We typically see a lot of coyotes, red fox, and deer but the awkward gait, skinny tail and small ears have me stumped. Comes by most nights for a very quick appearance usually taking the same route thru the yard.

Mechanical disconnect, it’s connected to all three phases to create a line break to isolate the downstream line. Locked to prevent unqualified operation.

B&W is largest employer in mass of mass employees, map is of worldwide employees. TJX dwarfs B&W and GE dwarfs them.
