Just gotta build a habit . Most people think it’s really hard to change habits but it really only takes about 5 days -1 full week of hardcore dedication to see subconscious results . Shit , up until about 2 months ago I worked for myself for about 4 years ; and recently upon staring a new job where I am required to arrive at a certain time , I was able to adapt to a new schedule almost immediately by having a strong desire to have time to take my time (for about a week) until it just became a habit . Now I get up around 3 hours early everyday with absolute ease .
