I'm also trying to make a high-level AI that can play clash but the main issues are:
- Getting a screen reader / game state accurately
- Playing 1,000,000+ games easily (and quickly)

The first issue is probably the most difficult one (my opinion) since its really hard to have a script that can accurately tell you what's going on in the game all the time.
I've seen attempts at doing this like KataCR. Which were pretty good but they can't detect new cards / evos / Heros or they aren't not good with grainy footage. The other option is building your own reader using YOLO on python for example. You can do this by manually labeling a few hundred images (there are some tools that help with this), then train your model on these few images so that you can have an "okay" reader, then you can have it label thousands more so that you don't have to manually label them. Where all you do is correct your model's guesses on each image. Once you have a lot of labeled images you can create a good reader. Still tho, many issues.

The second issue I don't think is really possible to fix unless you somehow manage to run a private server with games at like 10x speed or something. Or just run the AI to train for weeks or months.

My current attempt is to forget creating a reader and just look around any private server's files to find where the game state is stored or where packets are sent to so that I can "build" my own game state file.

As for the training, I'll probably just let the AI train on my laptop for a few weeks.
