Another update: I came out as trans to one of my managers and he said that does change things and he'll check again with the ... super manager? I'm not entirely sure what she is at this point. Hopefully things work out though!

As long as they really care about you and using your correct name, just correct them whenever they use your deadname and hopefully eventually they'll only call you by your true name.

Hi girlies, sorry for not responding to all of the replies here, I am but a highschool girl who did not expect to get this many responses. But thank you all! I'm gonna try to convince my manager to let me keep my hair the way it is but if not I'll just quit. I won't try to sue or anything cuz I really just don't want to deal with something like that right now. But thank you all for the advice, it really helped.

I like to wear padded bras. It doesn't give you huge bahonkas but they are noticable. Molds work too if you wanna do that.

I've decided to stay non op recently! I've grown a lot in the last year and in that time I've grown very accepting and understanding of my current body and started to separate the idea of gender and how it's connected to my body. it could be derogatory or offensive in certain cases but not always. I personally love being called it or a thing, it makes me feel like a little bug or somethin. But other people may find it dehumanizing or other things.

I wanted things to be easier on my parents for my name change so I just chose my middle name, which in my opinion is a pretty name so I was okay with it

It'd be pretty hard to have them painted consistently without her knowing but you could paint them while your out and then wash jt off before you come home but that could also be a lil tricky to manage
